1. The service
ReconcileCDR (“ReconcileCDR,” “we,” or “the service”) is a web application for reconciling Call Detail Record (CDR) files against carrier or provider records. The service ingests files you upload, processes them inside an authenticated organization workspace, and produces reports, downloads, and history records for your account.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where a change materially affects how the service works for paying accounts, we will notify the organization owner before it takes effect.
2. Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you create or join an organization, the organization owner controls billing, member access, and data retention for that workspace.
You must be authorized to upload any CDR data you submit. Do not upload data you do not have the right to process, including data containing personal information of subscribers without a lawful basis.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, exploits, or files designed to disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access infrastructure beyond what the service exposes to your account.
- Use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or process data you are not permitted to process.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose ReconcileCDR functionality to third parties as a standalone product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service at risk.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the files, mappings, and reports you create in ReconcileCDR. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your organization.
We treat uploaded CDR files and generated reports as confidential to your organization. Access controls and tenant isolation are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for taxes other than those based on our net income. We may change pricing with notice for the next billing term.
If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend the workspace until the balance is settled. Read-only access to existing reports may remain available for a reasonable wind-down window.
6. Service availability
We work to keep ReconcileCDR available, but the service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that processing will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every reconciliation will surface every discrepancy. Always validate critical disputes against your source records.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReconcileCDR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from organization settings. We can terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the service. On termination, we will make a reasonable effort to allow export of your data for a limited period before deletion.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always posted at this URL with a “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
